*** Located offsite in Cooks beach , Coromandel, Thames*** 2012 HEARTLAND GREYSTONE • Damaged caravan *** to be sold de registered *** • Salt Water damage , water has entered the caravan causing damage to the Interior walls and floor . • Exterior panels have delaminated and has bubbled up • Middle longue slide out compartment has swollen and is no longer able to retract . • Approx water line was just under the lower door hinge . as seen in photos • This asset is a result of an Insurance Total Loss. Please take this into consideration before bidding.
