Consumer Guarantees Disclosure : On 17 June, 2014 the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) was amended. The CGA covers all motor vehicles sold by ‘a person in trade’ that are of a kind normally bought for domestic, personal or household use. When you buy a car from Manheim, you may be protected under the CGA. This will depend on the nature of, and context in which, you buy the vehicle and that it is of acceptable quality taking into account its age and the price you pay. If a defect occurs with the car, you must advise us in writing with full details of the defect, for us to consider and resolve with you within a reasonable time.
