*** Located at Brooklands Boating Club Clevedon, Auckland *** Viewing strictly by appointment only 1928 By Dick Lane and Sam Ford • Damaged Asset • Boat storage fees are the buyers responsibility from date of sale • Previous owner has owned the vessel for 5 years. • This vessel was built using Kauri and constructed using the Carvel planking method • The boat is powered by a Nissan SD33 engine reconditioned and installed in 2000, with Velvet gearbox, shaft drive and bronze prope ller. • There is a single helm station below deck forward amidship with basic engine controls switchboard and ray marine depth/fish finder • This vessel has single berths in the forward section of the vessel, the main helm a forward midships, saloon with the galley aft. • Reported damage was from a heavy weather event • Damage to the engine from DRY STACK EXHAUST PIPE CRACK LEADING to TO WATER INGRESS VIA EXHAUST PIPE INTO ENGINE but not limited to only those places • Boat is in Fair condition for age, it still floats. • Dimensions are approximately: 38 ft long and 7.8 ft wide. unsure of height as its still in the water. • Manheim contact – Keagen Wilde 0210304917 • Inspection recommended via appointment only • Located in Auckland
